Rico Quintero Aka Q-Dog, was born in Salem, OR in the year of 1986. Raised in the small town of Woodburn, growing up was a struggle. At the age of 14, Q-Dog began putting those struggles into words. Now at the age of 25, he continues to express himself in more intellegent ways. He captures the listener by using everyday life and problems in his lyrics, which others can relate to. Corrupted Entertainment was founded in 2005 by its members, Big C, Go Getta, and Q-Dog. Later, two other young talented artists were added to the group, Swerv and B.G. Now in 2011, Q-Dog still remains close to the members of Corrupted Entertainment. He is also working with other artists such as Osofly, Rich Ronchie, C-S1k, Beatboy, and Kid Poets (all from Oregon) and HK, Yayo, Yung Kriz (all from California). Q-Dog is always working on perfecting his style and looking for other artists to collaborate with.

Music is a way out. True feelings and emotions are expressed in ways that others can't speak about. Life experiences are shared with others. Showing people that there are other people out there that are just like them. Having common backgrounds and interests. Getting in that mode where all your troubles are drowned out and forgotten. Music is everywhere, in everyone's lives everyday.
